Yoga Level 1 for beginners and anyone who is looking for a gentle way to become stronger, flexible and bring empowerment back to their lives. Start to decompress the body and learn to bring stillness and focus with breath work.  This class is also for any athlete looking to stretch and unwind.

Yoga Level 2 a step up from level 1. This is perfect for anyone in good health wanting to build strength and balance while bringing focus inward for optimal mind, body and spirit health.  

Yoga Level 3 for the serious yogi. Level 3 incorporates the stretching and breathing of level 1 with the strength and balance of level 2 to create a class for anyone who wants to challenge and break through the limits and boundaries we place on ourselves.  

Pilates  This is an exercise system that is focused on building strength without bulk, improving flexibility and agility, and helping to prevent injury. It involves a series of controlled movements that engage both your body and mind. A beginner class generally consists of very gentle exercises done on a mat in either a sitting or lying down position. The primary focus is on awareness of the spine, proper breathing, core strength and flexibility. The outcome of Pilates training is a balanced body which is strong and supple, flat stomach, balanced legs, and a strong back.

Yogilates combines centuries-old yoga that focuses on flexibility, strength and spirituality with contemporary Pilates, which emphasizes strengthening the deep abdominal muscles or “core” of one’s body. It also incorporates the commonalities of both practices: specific postures, correct breathing and meditative mindfulness. In our class, you will learn how Yogilates is able to simultaneously concentrate your mind, strengthen your body and create a feeling of overall well-being



What is Meditation?

It is the practice of learning to bring full awareness to the present moment which reduces physical, mental and emotional stress while expanding consciousness and joy.

Meditation classes are under the direction of Eden Kozlowski. Eden is an incredibly strong spirit who provides a sanctuary of non-judgment and caring. She utilizes extensive energy work and deep intuition within the practice. Eden connects to the energetic blocks within for the purpose of removal and relief. From there, students learn to connect to their own energy for self-healing and to help others and, most importantly, to discover who they really are on a deep, connected level.

Eden has 11 years experience in the meditation field. She is a six year student of Dr. Neala Peake and has been teaching for 5 years. She is also Supervising Editor on the website AllThingsHealing.com (which was started by Dr. Peake) as well as forum moderator of the ATH meditation page. She is an ordained minister, has completed her 3rd level of Reiki, practiced Choi Kwan Do for many years – a branch of Tae Kwan Do, was a certified exercise instructor for five years and now practices yoga (among other things), has served on the board of a holistic center and worked with Hospice.
