Text Box: Eden will be offering an introduction to meditation in January.  The intro class will be once a week for 4 weeks.  Being introduced to meditation is a necessary step in understanding how meditation works and will guide you in finding your center.  Knowing how and why energy can help you better understand yourself and find your way back to a more peaceful, full-filling, and healthy lifestyle.  Please contact Eden for more details.

Text Box: There has been such an overwhelming response to the meditation class that there will be
an additional class added.   Starting in January, there will be a meditation class on Monday’s from 9:00 to 10:30 am.  This class along with the Thursday night class is open for anyone who has completed the introduction to meditation class.  If you have meditation experience and want to participate in these classes please contact Eden at edenkoz@gmail.com.

Li’l Yoga Recipe

Egg Salad Without Egg

Ingredients:

1 pound firm tofu, sliced and drained well between towels
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
1/2 cup carrots, finely shredded (optional}
1 teaspoon onion powder or 1 tablespoon onion, very finely chopped
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon
Soy Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons prepared yellow mustard
11/2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Directions

In a large bowl, place drained tofu and crumble it with a fork. Stir in onion and celery.

In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill several hours.
