The Li’l Yoga shop is fortunate to have Rev. Helen Farmer, R.M.T. as a part of our team. Helen has spent her life studying metaphysics, medicine and healing techniques. She has a B.A. in Psychology from Walsh College and attended Boulder School of Massage Therapy where she become a Certified Massage Therapist with additional emphasis and training in medical massage and oriental bodywork. She is Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. Helen has privately studied both Eastern and Western medicine, and achieved the level of Reiki Master-Teacher under the guidance of Kathy Haverkamp, RMT and Sue Deutschlander, RMT. She is an avid student of metaphysics and an ordained minister in the Universal Life Church.

Grief to Joy Group: This is a weekly group that meets in support of all of us who have loved and lost. Our focus is to embrace our memories while releasing our pain, leaving us open to a more joyful experience. Tuition: $10 per week.

Light N’ Up!: This is a light-hearted monthly gathering of those who enjoy a little more of the esoteric. Participants are encouraged to bring questions and issues that are emerging in their lives.

Together we grow. Tuition: $25.

Individual Intuitive Readings: This is a unique opportunity for one-on-one interaction. Phone and face-to-face intuitive counseling on an as-needed basis is available

Private Sessions: Private Reiki sessions and private Grief work sessions are also available
