Power yoga (Ashtanga) is a more challenging and invigorating practice.	
Level 1 and Hatha (Therapeutic yoga) are both suitable for beginners and ongoing practice.
Private sessions available; tailored to individual therapeutic practice.
$10 drop-in fee~OR-package classes (use when you want):

Text Box: If you can breath, you can do yoga.

Gentle yoga focuses on warming up the body and working the joints and glands with hatha yoga  This class introduces the benefits of learning to relax and energize with breath control and the power of correct breathing. 
  
Level I — Whether your fitness level is at a beginners stage or you just want to learn the basics of yoga.  This class is an extension of gentle yoga adding basic yoga poses that tone and strengthen you body.

Level II — Will teach you to synchronize your breath with yoga poses.  Cleanse your body and learn balance and focus.

Level III — for the advanced.  Designed to bring all the aspects of yoga into one class.
Build strength, tone the body, learn breath control, sense control and purify the body on a physical and mental level.
